Malta Historical & Genealogical Society is not responsible for accidents or injuries.  Renter must provide own event insurance.   Alcoholic (Liquor) beverages on premises require event insurance naming the Malta Historical Society and the Village of Malta additionally insured.  All state and local liquor license requirements must be met.  Rental fee is $70.00 per day with a $200.00 refundable deposit. The building must be left clean and in the same condition as received. Cleaning or repair costs may be deducted from the deposit if the facility is not returned to its original rental condition.

By submitting this form, you agree to these terms. Any damages exceeding the deposit may result in additional charges and possible legal action.  Legal renter is persons who's information is provided and uploaded.  Allow 3-5 business days for a confirmation of rental approval.
